Gabriela, originally from Ecuador, resides in Lago Agrio and has dedicated many years to social work, with a focus on enhancing the lives of children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. As the mother of a child with a disability, her personal journey has inspired a deep commitment to creating inclusive opportunities and expanding access to therapy and care.

Motivated by compassion and resilience, Gabriela founded the Voces del Corazón Foundation, an organization devoted to helping families access vital resources such as wheelchairs, specialized therapies, and educational training. Through continuous fundraising and community outreach, she works tirelessly to ensure that children with disabilities receive the support they need to thrive.

Gabriela recognizes that while conditions like cerebral palsy may not be curable, early intervention, therapy, and supportive environments can dramatically improve quality of life. Since the inception of Missions for Love Beyond Borders, she has been a cornerstone of its outreach efforts—building bridges between families and transformative programs, services, and training opportunities.
